BLUE RESIDENCE
A complex of 12 apartments consisting of one and two bedroom apartments, studios and duplexes.
Located in Kallithea,Gripari 6, a pure residential area on the border of Koukaki, only 1,5 km from the Acropolis of Athens, 50m from Thiseos Avenue, where you can find all kinds of transportation facilities.
This Avenue is also known as a prime shopping area in addition to having a variety of restaurants, coffee shops, pubs and hotels.
Harokopio University is at a walking distance from the residence and you can reach Flisvos Marina and Stavros Niarchos cultural centre and park in 10 minutes.
